Can't Figure it out...

Simply can't! I can answer many things and I am able to find even more answers yet I have never been able to answer one of the lingering ?'s that is always burning in my head...

Why in the bloody hell do I self destruct the very things that I need within my life...friendships...relationships...bridges...The very fucking things that I need...I always destroy...

Only thing I can come up with these days...Is that maybe after being alone for all these years that I have accepted it as such and subconsciencly make my choices.

I have been told that it is not "my fault" but more so the bi-polar. Bullshit! If I am the one who suffers from being Bipolar, then it is I who is at fault!

Wish now I never would have promised to stay sober! lol At least with the booze I was able to find a balance and sleep. How do you get one to see that in all irony...sobriety is slowly killing you...
